We've seen over the years that pastoral care and discipleship are felt needs within our church. There are many places care and discipleship are taking place, but there are still ways we fall short. We've learned that we need to do a better job taking care of each other.
So we introduce a model of intentional care for our congregation:
Care teams are a loose group of 25 or so members/regular attenders, shepherded and led by a team of three trained leaders (one of your elders, one of your deacons, and one lay person). Each CARE TEAM will have at least one woman in the leadership role.
