Greetings New City East Lake,

It is with great joy and thanksgiving that the Session announces the Theological Examination Committee unanimously voted to send Josiah Katumu onward to the full meeting of the Tennessee Valley Presbytery in October for the transfer of his ordination.  Praise God!!!  Thank you all for your prayers and continue to lift Josiah up before our heavenly Father.

We ask that you pray for the many details of the Katumus selling their house in Baltimore in a timely manner.   Their desire is to sell the house by October 15 so that closing and the actual move will take place by the end of November.  The month of December would be a time of rest and restoration for the Katumu family before Josiah starts work at New City East Lake in early January.  Also pray for Josiah as he searches for a home in the area over the net several days.

To God be the Glory!

The Session
